接受理论视角下儿童文学的翻译—–基于《小王子》中文译本的研究On the Translation of Children’s Literature—Based on Little Prince from the Perspective of Reception Theory毕业论文

摘 要

儿童作为一个特殊的阅读群体,其文学作品要求语言表达满足儿童的认知和审美需要,并且具有一定的教育意义、趣味性和形象性。本文首先介绍儿童文学的发展及其在翻译中存在的问题,论述了造成原文与译文差异的原因。其次,在论文的第五部分作者通过个案研究法,以《小王子》这个经典读本作为典范,详细阐述了儿童文学作品中所运用的特殊翻译技巧。通过总结国内外儿童文学的发展历程和经验教训得出结论,儿童翻译注重遵循“功能对等”和“目的论”的原则, 打破了传统英汉翻译中“对等”的概念,使儿童读者能够从感官和心理上接受具有深刻意义的文学作品。从接受理论的角度来看,儿童文学在英汉翻译中有以下几种翻译策略:简洁、准确、口语化和趣味性。所以在接受理论指导下的儿童文学翻译中,要求译者从儿童的角度出发,并以儿童的视角进行翻译活动,儿童文学才能够被儿童读者所接受。

As a unique reading group, children demand specific language expression with certain educational significance, interests and images to meet their cognitive and aesthetic requirements. This paper first introduces the development of children literature and its problems in translation. Second, it points out the reasons for the differences between the original text and the translation. Then it analyzes the theory of acceptance and proposes translation theories and techniques that are suitable for children readers based on the principles of acceptance theory. The fifth part uses case study to analyze the translation techniques used in the classic book The Little Prince. It concludes by summing up the development history and experience of children literature at home and abroad, children literature translators pay attention to following the principles of “functional equivalence” and “skopos theory”, breaking the “equivalence” concept in traditional English-Chinese translation, and enabling young readers to accept profound literary works. Children literature has the following translation strategies in English-Chinese translation from the perspective of acceptance theory: concision, accuracy, colloquialisms, and enjoyment. Therefore, the translation of children literature under the guidance of theory requires translators to translate from the perspective, then children literature can be accepted by children readers.
