摘 要

在人们的日常交流中，我们既使用言语行为，也使用非言语行为。 这两种交流方式在人际交往中都起着重要的作用。 但长期以来，人们只关注言语行为。 由于不同国家，中外文化背景的国家之间的交流越来越频繁，非语言交际应该更加关注。 本文从跨文化交际中的非言语交际入手，从头部运动、坐姿、眼睛、沉默、服饰等几个方面对中外文化交际中的非言语因素进行对比，对跨文化非言语交际中产生的错误从语用角度进行分析并提出应对策略，旨在帮助学习者了解跨文化非言语交际重要性和特点及其文化差异，促进其更通畅地交流。

A Brief Analysis of Nonverbal Behaviors in Cross-Cultural Communication

1 Introduction

Nonverbal communication refers to all of the communication behavior other than verbal communication, such as body movements, facial expressions, space utilization, pitch and tone, dress, and physical signs. In people's daily communication, we use both verbal and nonverbal behaviors. Both of these communication methods play an important role in interpersonal communication. But for a long time, people only paid most attention to speech acts. Due to the increasing frequency of exchanges between countries with different cultural backgrounds, non-verbal communication should pay more attention. Many people have done research on nonverbal communication, however, they only analyze the cultural differences in different countries. This article starts with the non-verbal communication in cross-cultural communication and compares the non-verbal factors in different cultural communication from the aspects of head movement, sitting position , eyes, silence, and costumes, etc. which leads to errors in cross-cultural non-verbal communication. This paper compares the non-verbal factors in different cultural communication, analyzes the errors arising from cross-cultural non-verbal communication from the pragmatic point of view, and proposes coping strategies to help learners understand the importance and characteristics of intercultural nonverbal communication. They can communicate better. The article is divided into three parts; the first part is to analyze the non-verbal behavior; the second part is to analyze the cross-cultural comparison of non-verbal communication; the third part discusses is the cross-cultural nonverbal communication errors and strategies; the fourth part is the conclusion.
