First, thank Tony Morrison for creating this amazing work with her wisdom, and I hope that more people can focus on the study of Morrison's works.

Abstract

Home is the newest novella written by Toni Morrison. Scholars at home and abroad have made extensive explorations on the previous novels from various aspects, but there are few domestic studies on Home. In view of the rich ethical and moral factors in her novels, such as self pursuit, family relationship, marriagerelationship, this thesis attempts to analyze and interpret Morrison's Home from the perspective of literary ethical criticism. Literary ethical criticism is a critical method to study literature on the basis of absorbing ethics methods. Through the analysis of the ethical factors existing in the novel, it interprets her moral belief and ethical pursuit comprehensively and concretely. It will explain the rich value of life and belief in Home.
