摘 要
著名翻译者奈达提出的功能对等理论出现不仅为翻译研究提供了一个崭新的视角,而且解决了长期以来对直译还是自由翻译的争论,达到了翻译者归化与异化之间的平衡。该理论将翻译重点从文本转移到读者,从而突出文本与阅读者关系。与其他传统翻译理论相比,更加系统和可行。
政府文件是最具权威性和内容丰富的文本,其翻译必须忠实于原文,这不仅意味着形式和内容应该与原文相同,而且文体应该具有准确性,以便更多的外国人能够深入了解中国的政治、文化、社会和经济发展。
本文从功能对等理论的角度,以 2018年政府工作报告为例,通过分析政府工作报告的文体特征,功能对等理论在政府工作报告词汇层面、句法层面和篇章层面的应用,更好地探讨政府工作报告的翻译。
