摘 要
互联网时代的大量信息需要人们在网络中进行快速和方便的通信。目前,传统的语言还不足以将信息转化为最简单的输入和输出形式。因此,网络语言应运而生,呈现出活泼,幽默,让人耳目一新的感觉。虽然这样一种新的语言变体仍处于初始阶段,但它已经对人类社会产生了重大影响。本文选择广义的网络语言符号作为研究对象和主要目标,从符号学理论和隐喻的角度探讨网络语言在互联网信息传播中的一些独特的特征如象形性,新颖性,普遍性,动态生成性,语义模糊性,民族性。文章指出网络语言是自然语言的社会变体,它不仅受语言规则的限制,而且受交际原则和使用习惯的制约。利用符号学理论分析和研究网络语言,能够理解网络语言在通信过程中如何依赖隐喻,以及是什么使网络语言成为人们日常交流时独特的媒介。

An Analysis of Metaphor in Network Language
From the Perspective of Semiotics
ABSTRACT
The tremendous amount of information in the Internet era requires quick and convenient communication among people in the network. At this time, the traditional language is not enough to transform the information into the simplest form of input and output. Therefore, netspeak comes into being, appearing lively, humorous, and refreshing. Although such a new language variant is still in its initial stage, yet it has heavily exerted impact on human society. This thesis chooses the general network language symbol as the research object and main goal, and discusses some unique features such as iconicity, novelty, universality, dynamic generation, semantic ambiguity, and nationality during the process of information dissemination from the perspective of semiotic theory and metaphor. The article points out that network language is a social variant of natural language. It is not only restricted by language rules, but also by the principles of communication and usage habits. The use of semiotics to analyze and study netspeak can understand how web languages rely on metaphors during communication and what makes web languages a unique medium for people to communicate everyday.
