摘 要

福克纳的创作与《圣经》有着千丝万缕的联系,其影响既涉及到表层,也牵涉到深层。

《喧哗与骚动》是其中最典型的代表之一，小说中大量圣经元素的引用丰富了作品的内容,加深了作品的意义。本文试图通过分析福克纳的小说《喧哗与骚动》中的圣经元素， 探讨福克纳对圣经原型的吸收和对人性的探索，以帮助读者更清晰地感受到康普生家族的衰败气息，从而理解福克纳对南方堕落与拯救的探讨。正文部分共五章，引言部分介绍了福克纳及其作品相关的背景，分析了国内外对福克纳《喧哗与骚动》的研究现状。第二章从宏观方面上来说，小说的结构特征和叙述角度受到“四福音书”的启发；小说的故事情节以基督受难为原型，并融入到其中，每一章节的时间和叙述都与基督受难有关。第三章探讨小说中的人物的圣经原型，通过对比分析，使读者能更深刻地了解凯蒂、昆丁、班吉等一系列人物的个性和特征。第四章从微观层面分析小说中的意象和语言， 从侧面解析小说中人物的命运和康普生家族的衰败，展示出福克纳通过康普生家族的衰败，反映南方衰落的贵族家族在当今社会的恶劣状况。第五章总结圣经元素对小说《喧哗与骚动》的影响。

Faulkner's creation has great connection with The Bible, and their influence not only involved to the surface but also to the deep. The Sound and the Fury is one of typical represents. A large number of biblical elements in this novel enrich the content of this work and deepen the meaning of this work. This paper attempts to analyze biblical elements in The Sound and the Fury to discuss Faulkner's absorption of the Biblical archetype and exploration of human nature, so that the readers can clearly feel the decline and decay of Compson family and understand the discussion of the degenerate and redemption of the Southern. Body part includes five chapters. Introduction part introduces the cultural and historical background of Faulkner and his work, and analyzes research situation at home and abroad to The Sound and the Fury. Chapter two deals with the structure. The narrative perspective of The Sound and the Fury is enlightened by The Four Gospel of the New Testament; the plot of The Sound and the Fury is based on the story of Jesus's suffering. Chapter three is about biblical archetypes of characters. By comparative analysis, the readers can deeply understand Caddy, Quentin, Benjy and other characters. In chapter four, this paper analyzes images and language of The Sound and the Fury, thus analyze the fate of characters and Compson family. Through the decline of the Compson family, Faulkner reflects the decaying of southern aristocratic in today's social condition. Chapter five summarize the influences made by the biblical elements on The Sound and the Fury.
