摘 要
随着“一带一路”战略的提出,国家对外语类人才的需求逐步提升,特别是英语类人才。在社会竞争日益激烈的环境下,当代大学生承受的压力也随之增大,易在学习过程中产生倦怠的现象。有研究表明,作为个体积极心理力量,心理资本对学习倦怠能够产生一定的影响。本文主要研究目的在于探讨英语专业学生心理资本与学习倦怠之间的关系,采用积极心理资本问卷和学习倦怠问卷对武汉理工大学外国语学院英语专业 320 名大学生开展问卷调查,并通过 SPSS 软件进行数据分析。结果表明英语专业学生的心理资本与学习倦怠呈显著的负相关 ,前者对后者具有显著的预测效应。英语专业学生的心理资本对学习倦怠有重要的影响 ,应当鼓励他们发挥自身积极心理资本优势,避免学习倦怠心理与行为。

Abstract
With the Belt and Road strategy put forward, the country’s demand for foreign language talents has gradually increased, especially English talents. In the increasingly fierce social competition environment, contemporary college students has more pressure, making them easy to produce burnout in the learning process. Studies have shown that, as an individual positive psychological force, psychological capital can have a certain impact on learning burnout. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between psychological capital and learning burnout of English majors. This paper uses Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaires and Learning Burnout Questionnaires to conduct a questionnaire survey of 320 college students majoring in English majors in School of Foreign languages, Wuhan University of Technology, and analyzes data through SPSS software. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between the psychological capital and learning burnout of English majors with the former having a significant predictive effect on the latter. The psychological capital of English majors has an important influence on learning burnout, and they should be encouraged to make full use of their positive psychological capital and avoid learning.

Introduction
The 21st century is an information age characterized by the competition of knowledge and the rapid development of science and technology. With the promotion of the Belt and Road, cultivating foreign language talents in China is becoming more and more important and urgent, especially for English talents. As the reserve talents, the difficulties ahead for English majors need to be solved in time. It is uncertain whether English majors can overcome the interference of negative factors in the learning process. What’s more, whether English majors can make full use of their own positive psychological capital and improve learning efficiency has become a concern of English instructors. Because of the long-term pressure and burden from schoolwork and parents’ high expectations,the English majors may drain their energy during the English learning process. Gradually, their enthusiasm for learning and activities may fade away. They may also keep a distance from their classmates and have a negative attitude towards their studies, as well.
This phenomenon above refers to learning burnout, which originated from job burnout, composed of three components, emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment (Lian, et al., 2006). Studies at home and abroad show that college students are at high risk of learning burnout (Li, et al., 2017 amp; Lv, et al., 2014 amp; Santen, et al., 2010 amp; Seo, et al., 2015). English majors are also included as part of such studies. If learning burnout occurs, it will inevitably affect learning quality and efficiency of English majors, posing a huge influence to their future development. What’s worse, it may be harmful to the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative and may do harm to the development of our country from a long- term perspective to some extent. Thus, we are supposed to attach great importance to the students’ learning burnout.
