摘 要
随着全球化的发展,跨文化交际中的文化身份问题已成为一个突出的问题。因此,对全球化背景下跨文化交际的研究,尤其是跨文化交际的研究,引起了学术界的广泛关注。本研究从本土研究视角出发,以中国英语学习者为研究对象,在实证研究和教育学、跨文化交际的基础上,探讨了当代中国英语学习过程中的文化认同和文化认同焦虑。
通过问卷调查的定量分析表明:(1)从文化认同的角度来看,外语学习者的汉语文化认同程度高于西方文化认同。(2)从文化身份焦虑的角度来看,外语学习者确实经历了一些文化认同焦虑,包括对西方文化的欣赏、认可和接受,以及对中国文化的怀疑、担忧、排斥和反感。这些焦虑几乎是中等大小的。(3)文化认同与文化认同焦虑存在相关性,而西方文化认同与文化认同焦虑呈正相关。
