1 Introduction
The World Wide Web becomes a new type of English media now after the Internet has been invented. That means English is the most widely used language on the internet now. These countries choose English as their official languages or their second language, so they use English mainly in their daily communication. Besides, approximately half of netizens are from the main English-speaking countries like the USA, the UK, or Australia, and other internet users are from those countries which use English as the second language or foreign language. English is the most widely used language on internet for netizens, and some new words such as “netlish” or “weblish” are created to describe this new type of language since this kind of language was invented and used only on the internet. The two words have the same suffix “lish”, which is derived from the word “English”.

In the general meaning, there are three kinds of internet neologisms: network technique language, cyber-culture language, and chat-language. In the special meaning, the internet neologism means the words used in the online communicating. The network technique language and cyber-culture language has showed that the new things, new phenomena on the internet, and they are called cyber jargon. However, the Internet neologism has a broader meaning; it can be used not only in the online chatting, online forums or E-mails, but also in our daily lives. These new words or expressions (Internet neologisms) have new meanings and they can be used to express some conceptions more exactly in our daily life. The unique word formation of these words inspired many people to use them in their language.
