摘 要

在世界范围内，雅思考试的认知度逐步提高，其中在中国大陆地区尤为明显。仅 2016 年中国大陆的考生人数已超三百万人。由于雅思考试在题目设计方面具有极强的规律性，大量的培训机构应运而生，并且发展迅速。在雅思阅读部分中包含众多题型，仅单项选择就有四种不同的设题形式。题点不仅限于文中细节，还包括段落及文章主旨。中西方思维方式的差异会导致中国考生在雅思考试中产生语言能力之外的失误。因此，在雅思考试中应试技巧的实用性也远大于国内语言测试，这也是国内留学培训行业繁荣发展的根本原因之一。即使考生并不具备所需的语言能力，通过应试技巧培训后也可以取得理想的分数，然而这却对雅思阅读考试的信度产生了影响。

Abstract

The recognition of IELTS increased dramatically, especially in China Mainland. It is reported that the amount of IETLS candidates exceeds 3 million in 2016. Due to the specialism of text paper arrangement in IETLS, a large number of IELTS training school emerged everywhere and developed dramatically. There are many different types of questions in reading part, especially for multiple choices - there are 4 different types for multiple choices. The questions not only focus on the details in passages, but also pay much attention to the main idea of whole passage or paragraph. Because of the large difference between Chinese and Western thinking, Chinese candidates may make mistakes which are not about their language ability. Therefore, the application of the text-prep tricks are more potential than domestic language exam. This is one of the most significant reasons in the flourishing of training industry. Most of the students could get their ideal score with the training like this even without the equivalent language ability. Namely, it has adverse impact on the reliability of IELTS reading.

1 Introduction

IELTS, with the whole name of International English Language Testing System is controlled by the Examination Commission of Cambridge University, British Council and IDP Education Group. It is an English proficiency text which sets for people who would like to study,work or set down abroad. It includes two types, first is academic text which provides to student who plan to study abroad. And the other is general text for people that intend to work or set down abroad.
