摘 要

随着全球化进程的加快，跨文化交际愈加频繁。法律文化作为一个民族、国家文化的重要组成部分，在跨文化交流中占据重要地位。中国法律文化根植于上下五千年的中华文明，拥有众多优良传统，值得我们深入了解和传扬。

继2012年党的十八大提出道路自信、理论自信和制度自信之后，习近平同志在2016年对“三个自信”进行了创造性拓展和完善，提出了包括文化自信在内的“四个自信”，并指出文化自信是其中更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信。

本文从法律文化这一新的视角对文化自信进行了研究。通过阐述法律文化和文化自信的含义，说明法律文化自信是文化自信在法律文化领域的反映，是文化自信的一个分支。做好法律文化对外宣传工作是塑造法律文化自信的重要途径。作为宣传主体的法律文本翻译人员应当采取恰当的翻译策略，创新中国法律语言，承担起法律文化外宣者的责任，为法律文化自信的塑造添砖加瓦。希望能吸引更多学者关注各领域文化自信，促进社会整体文化自信和文化自觉的树立。

Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization, cross-cultural communication has become more frequent. As an important component of a nation and national culture, legal culture occupies an important position in cross-cultural communication. China’s legal culture is rooted in the Chinese civilization from the past 5,000 years. It has many fine traditions and deserves our in-depth understanding and dissemination.

Following the party’s 18th Congress in 2012 to propose road confidence, theoretical self-confidence and institutional self-confidence, Comrade Xi Jinping creatively expanded and improved “Three Confidences” in 2016, and put forward “Four Confidence” including cultural self-confidence. And pointed out that cultural confidence is a more basic, broader, and deeper confidence.

This paper studies cultural self-confidence from a new perspective of legal culture. By expounding the meaning of legal culture and cultural self-confidence, the author demonstrates that legal cultural confidence is a reflection of cultural confidence in the field of legal culture and is a branch of cultural confidence. To do a good job of legal culture external publicity is an important way to shape the legal cultural confidence. As the principal part of cultural outreach, translators of legal texts should adopt appropriate translation strategies, innovate Chinese legal language, assume the responsibility of legal advocates, and contribute to the shaping of legal cultural confidence. The author hopes to attract more scholars to pour attention into cultural confidence in various fields and promote the establishment of an overall cultural confidence and cultural awareness.
